--It's
another day and another BI tool, the old traditional way of tool data analytic
no longer works. The BI software company's need to bring new technology to
handle huge volume data and provide faster results and better data visualizations
for business users
Today I am
going to provide some highlights on "SiSense" Business
Intelligence and Analytics software tool
Who
is SiSense :
SiSense is
a business analytics software company with
offices in NY , Its business
intelligence product which enables non-technical users to join and
analyze large data sets from multiple
sources, and a front-end for creating visualizations,
like dashboards and reports, on any device, including mobile.
Architecture:
Using Entire Memory Hierarchy :- Like other BI tools this tool not only uses in-memory it also uses the memory available in the CPU and CPU power for better result.
Using Entire Memory Hierarchy :- Like other BI tools this tool not only uses in-memory it also uses the memory available in the CPU and CPU power for better result.
Column
Data Store :- Another change in the structure is the usage for column data
store than the row based approach which will speed up data retrieval.
A
columnar database is a database that stores data in columns instead of rows.
One
of the main benefits of a columnar database is that data can be highly compressed.
CPU Usage:-
The toll takes full advantage of the
fastest available memory: the CPU cache.
Single
Instruction, Multiple Data (SIMD)
This
tool leverages Single Instruction Multiple Data (SIMD) instructions, also
called vector instructions, from modern chip sets by applying vector algebra to
the data. Taking full advantage of these In-Chip SIMD instructions enables
columns of data to be acted upon in a single instruction.
Crowd
Accelerated BI:
This
tool breaks each query into blocks and caches them individually, collecting the
blocks in a “recycle bin”. When a new question is asked, query blocks can be
quickly reused by simply pulling them from the recycle bin.
This
tool allows you to join multiple data sources and create a dashboard on top of
it.
